The
eBeam application window is divided into sections. The left
hand section contains the Thumbnails of boards and eBeam
Tools and the main window section displays the currently
selected board.
Within
the eBeam software, you can scroll or zoom in on current
or previously captured data. The most common cause
for data "disappearing" is that you have
changed views and are not looking at the current
virtual board view. In other words, the data you are
drawing is being captured correctly, but the display
is pointing to another view, possibly a previously
captured image.
For
example, in the illustration below, a previously captured
board was being viewed at the PC and is displayed
in the main window.
When the user begins to draw on the eBeam-enabled
whiteboard, the data is captured, but does not appear
in the main display window because that is a previously
captured whiteboard. The drawn data is captured and
appears in the "current" virtual whiteboard
window.

To
view the current virtual board and have it
appear in the main board window, select the top most
thumbnail entitled eBeam Board.
