The audience response system (ARS) utilizes both Luidia’s eBeam® hardware and Turning Technologies’ TurningPoint® software to dramatically improve communication between presenters and their audiences. Designed for use primarily in education and corporate environments, this fully interactive program works seamlessly with Microsoft® PowerPoint®, as well as enables users to generate reports in Excel® paper based assessments and handouts in Word.
eBeam Respond features a seamless integration of Microsoft Powerpoint with software from Luidia and TurningPoint. The complete package allows teachers and presenters to control an interactive PowerPoint presentation, solicit live feedback from the audience or class, review responses, and add questions on the fly – all from the front of the room. The result is an immediate response that effectively perfects peer-to-peer communication in any group setting, allowing a direct exchange of messages between the user and the audience.
eBeam Respond allows participants to respond to electronic testing, formative assessments, surveys, opinion polls, games, and questions posed by the presenter. The data collected from RespondCard® keypads is immediately transmitted to the presentation, giving the presenter a better understanding of comprehension.
