Lintex To Produce eBeam-Enabled Interactive Whiteboards For The Danish, Finnish, Norwegian And Swedish Markets

eBeam Technology to Provide Interactive Solutions for Audio-Visual Systems

London, England – January 10, 2007 – Luidia, Inc., a leading global provider of idea capturing technology and manufacturer of eBeam® interactive systems, announced today an agreement to provide Lintex Nordic Group AB with its eBeam technology for Lintex’s line of projection and whiteboard products. Lintex manufactures a wide range of audio-visual (AV) products for the Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish education and conference room markets.

Lintex will build the eBeam subsystems into its recently launched Deep line of projection boards and whiteboards. The products will be distributed and supported by NorTechna AB, Sweden. Teachers and presenters can control the computer, run PowerPoint presentations, and annotate slides or documents by using the eBeam Interactive stylus directly on the projected image.

“We are excited to add eBeam-enabled solutions to our portfolio for schools and offices,” said Hans Sköld, Managing Director Lintex Nordic Group. “The flexibility and breadth of Luidia’s product line gives us a strong base for future solutions as we address the needs of tomorrow’s classrooms in our diverse marketplaces.”

“We are proud to have Lintex as the latest member of our growing list of companies integrating the eBeam technology into their product lines” said Ronald Murphy, Director of Worldwide Sales for Luidia. “We enable our partners across the globe to become major players in the rapidly growing market for interactive education, and Lintex’s understanding of the Audio-Visual market, as well as their geographic markets, will bring unique benefits to users looking for new interactive solutions.”

About eBeam Technology
The eBeam hardware works with a projector to turn any flat surface into a giant virtual touchscreen. The eBeam stylus acts a mouse, while the eBeam software captures notes and drawings. The software also enables presenters, consultants and educators to collaborate via the Internet, making remote meetings and teamwork not only possible, but much more efficient, productive, and cost-effective.
